There's this co-work who I've been hanging out with. He's 15 years older then me. A lot more experienced in life. I'm 25 he's 40. He's never been married. Turns out that he's a nice guy who tries to act tough. Over the past few weeks, after some flirting, I've basically have fallen for him. We don't really do much together, mainly work related. I'm so in love with him I can't help it. I made it really obvious that I'm interested but he never makes a move, only flirts back. I found out that he just made a dramatic career change and that money is currently a big issue for him. He's really trying to work out his career. He has many friends my age so it's no out of the ordinary for him. He really doesn't look his age. We got a chance to hang out for a bit on the weekend but he didn't make a move on me. I wished he did  because I've fallen deeper in love with him. No I'm not sure what to do with him? He has a lot of friends and he flirts around a lot. I wish I knew what to do. Please help me. Sad and depressed.
